What are schools doing to curb indiscipline or to manage discipline problems?

Kemelut ini mudah dibendung jika ibubapa terlebih dahulu sanggup menngorbankan masa mereka. Ibubapa hendaklah mengutamakan masa depan anak mereka daripada kejayaan peribadi mereka dalam kerjaya. Ibubapa harus memberi ruang kepada anak untuk menjadi manusia yang berhemah tinggi. Ringkasnya, ibubapa penting dalam membanteras isu disiplin ini.
ReplyDeleteI agreed on the statement above. Parents must come first while talking about this problem. Even thought they are very busy but children are their priority. Family time should written in their calender every weekend either indoor or outdoor. The perfect example like going to picnic, watching movie, gardening, cleaning house and many more. The most important is they have time to listen their children problem and needs.

ReplyDeleteI totally agreed with that statement. Parent must being a role model to their childeren. Beside parent, create a good relationship between student and disicpline teacher also very important to manage a disicpline problem, so that student or children would not involve into disicpline case such as play truant.

To me, school should not be held solely responsible for the discipline problems created by students. Schools should impose very strict rules and regulations so as to curb the discipline problems from increasing. I still agree to the canning imposition. I also believe in providing counselling session to problematic students. With the lack of love and attention at home, it is surprising that these students can be tamed through this approach.

ReplyDeleteThey have rules and regulations to follow either from the ministry itself or the school itself besides cooperating with the police to curb truancy and most importantly with the PTA's involment is crucially in need.
